WHO IS THERAPEUTIC ADVENTURES, INC. ?
Therapeutic Adventures, Inc. a non-profit 501 (c) (3) charitable educational organization is located in Charlottesville, Virginia. Since its inception, Therapeutic Adventures has been an innovative leader developing and providing adaptive sports and adaptive outdoor experiential education programs and specialty rehabilitation services for persons of all ages and abilities.

TA is pleased to be adding an E-commerce online web store to our website. NOTE: We also distribute some of our books and interactive DVD at several small independent bookstores and through other organizations supportive of our cause.

We take great pride in the quality of services we offer to our clients.We extend the same care in how we treat the individuals who support our cause. As customers who shop with us, you can expect to be treated like the rest of our TA family. Our track record is one of proven success.

HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING CHARGES?
Our shipping is affordable and all orders are shipped right to your doorstep no matter whether it’s your home or your business. We ship using United Parcel Service - UPS. Cost is automatically calculated by Shopify. Please email or call if you have any questions.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do ship internationally. We charge actual shipping charges and ship usually via Express International. In order for us to quote the shipping cost we ask that you request “International Quoting”. To do so please add the items to your cart and then click “checkout”, then choose “International Quoting”. From here, we will get your complete address so that we can accurately quote the shipping charges. Please contact us at customerservice@TAonline.org should you need additional information or having international shipping questions.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of being received. If an item is out of stock or back ordered, we will notify you.

WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
All out-of-state orders are shipped to you tax free. All residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia will be charged State Sales Tax of 5.3%.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We always take care of our customers and will take back any product within 30 days of purchase for any reason. We can’t say that we won’t ask any questions; of course we will be curious as to why you changed your mind, but that’s only because we care and we want to make sure you get the best service possible. Should you decide to return your product and it is in new condition we will refund you the full purchase price. If you are returning it because you changed your mind, well, we can’t refund you the shipping – it is only fair. It is also your responsibility to pay the return shipping fees that might be associated with returning the product. If you are outside the 30 days, please email customerservice@TAonline.org to discuss. All returns require a Return Authorization.
